Orange Avenue
We enhanced the new construction home by pulling in the proper scale furnishings, traditional style, and a bit of coastal flare. The home was already beautiful in itself, as there were some rustic elements added to give character and charm to the new construction home, leaving the home with a “lived in” feeling.
Hermitage Court
A buyer who became a seller after his plans changed, needed to quickly move this new construction home. We formed a plan based on the buyer profile, and within days the home was under contract.
Pensacola Ave
A new construction home in the heart of Fairhope, Stephanie collaborated with Gina and Mac Walcott to capture the decisions behind the design, and the natural elements within. She used mid century modern furnishings, in addition to coastal elements to marry the 2 styles.
Scenic Hwy 98 – Bay
A Point Clear icon, the scale of this home was grand. By using traditional, large scale, coastal furnishings, we were able to elevate the home by focusing on the architectural elements.
BCHBA Parade of Homes Showcase Home 2024
In collaboration with Pickering Building and Renovations, I was tasked to furnish the showcase home for the Baldwin County Parade of Homes fall tour. A design plan was devised based on the potential buyer profile. Custom furnishings were selected and ordered, and installation was executed for the full home.
MBM Inspiration Home 2023
A fun space outside of my traditional staging roll, this room was inspired by the owner’s request to be able to watch football games. The home was built as a gathering space in a central location for his spread out family, so I wanted to include some fun elements for games to be played, memories to be made, and football to be watched.
Church Street Renovation
The owners of this home purchased it to turn into a short-term rental. They wanted to fully renovate the home, and keep the home true to its Fairhope roots. The project included construction drawings, space planning, all hard finish selections, client and builder communications, furnishing selections, installation and styling.
