In collaboration with Pickering Building and Renovations, I was tasked to furnish the showcase home for the Baldwin County Parade of Homes fall tour. A design plan was devised based on the potential buyer profile. Custom furnishings were selected and ordered, and installation was executed for the full home.

A fun space outside of my traditional staging roll, this room was inspired by the owner’s request to be able to watch football games. The home was built as a gathering space in a central location for his spread out family, so I wanted to include some fun elements for games to be played, memories to be made, and football to be watched.

The owners of this home purchased it to turn into a short-term rental. They wanted to fully renovate the home, and keep the home true to its Fairhope roots. The project included construction drawings, space planning, all hard finish selections, client and builder communications, furnishing selections, installation and styling. You can book the home here.
