Stephanie Cunningham
Hello! I’m Stephanie! I graduated from Auburn University in 2010 with a Bachelors of Industrial Design degree.
After working in exhibit design from 2011-2013, I pursued my real estate license in 2014. I began working for a home builder, and it was then that I began to notice buyers struggle with envisioning themselves in a home. Common concerns were size of rooms, lack of personality, and flow of furnishings in a space. I realized that there was a void in the market of home staging services, so it was only natural that my real estate career, and my design career, came together to create “Spruced Up Staging + Design”.
I curate my home staging furnishings locally, as well as visits to market in High Point, NC. My warehouse is full of different style furnishings to accommodate the needs of different homes. Owning all of my furnishings allows me the flexibility to move quickly when a home is market ready!
I reside in Fairhope, AL with my husband, Shu and our dog, Lily. I enjoy all things water, baking, antiquing, and of course all things design.
